Eugenio Aza
Eugenio was born to Vicente Jose Aza and Ignacia Arevalo Aza on Aug. 21st, 1900. He was the Vice Consul of Mexico in El Paso, Texas. He later became the Mexican Consul in the Los Angeles, California area.
